TURBOFILL is a revolutionary product designed specifically for the gas fill technology industry. It utilizes a unique 1-hole dilution filling method, known as argon fill, which combines three essential functions: argon filling, air suction, and pressure sensing. This innovative triplex probe creates maximum turbulence within the IG (insulated glass) unit, effectively replacing the air with argon gas. Simultaneously, it maintains a low internal pressure to prevent any bending or distortion of the IG unit.
The machine is equipped with four stations, allowing it to produce up to 2000 IG units per day. Like all our products, TURBOFILL is manufactured using high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. With its advanced gas analysis capabilities, TURBOFILL consistently delivers a constant gas fill quality for each IG unit it produces. Additionally, the machine automatically stops once the desired concentration level is achieved, providing convenience and efficiency in the gas fill process.
