SOMA Group is composed of premium brands, with +280 physical stores throughout Brazil and an ongoing expansion to USA/Europe. The company is about 5.000 employees.
This project was intended to restructure a data warehouse designed to automate consolidation routines in order to accelerate elaboration and provide consistency to financial reports.
The scope was to gather information from different sources and combine them into a single structured data warehouse. There were three major building blocks: revenue, taxes, and expenses.
