In 1959, a construction department was organized in Yevpatoria for the construction of health resorts, residential and industrial facilities in the Crimea.

The production base is located on an area of ​​66,000 m2 on the street. Builders, Evpatoria. (the beginning of the industrial zone), and also has an exit to the central avenue of Evpatoria - Pobedy Avenue.

To supply objects with metal structures and reinforcement products, there is a production workshop and a reinforcement workshop, where it is possible to produce, respectively, up to 200 tons m / structures and up to 300 tons of reinforcement products per month.



All the necessary equipment, construction equipment, mechanisms are available for the production process.

There are repair and maintenance areas for servicing equipment, equipped with equipment - metalworking machines (turning, milling, forging, special diagnostic, welding equipment, etc.).

In the production process, it is planned to employ up to 130 people in construction specialties, up to 120 people in auxiliary production, up to 30 people in engineering and technical workers (including accounting p Abotnikov). The operating mode is 1-2 shifts.

There are mechanized warehouses with gantry cranes KS-10 for open and closed storage of building materials for supplying objects and auxiliary production.

There is a railway line with access to the station Evpatoria-Tovarnaya.
