Introducing the next generation of PES Foil based coating plates: the Strip 4 Duals polyester foil. These plates are designed for use with both water-based and UV coatings, making them versatile for various industries.

The Strip 4 Duals polyester foil is bi-directional and easily strippable, making it perfect for archiving and re-use purposes. Its specially formulated surface compound ensures optimal coating transfer with minimum pressure settings.

Additionally, these plates have a high resistance to a wide variety of washes and press room chemicals, ensuring a long lifetime. The complete removal of the top compound from the cut resistant PES ply allows for a high stencil depth.

Cutting the stencil is a breeze, with options for hand cutting or using a CAD plotter. For optimal surface stripping, it is recommended to cut down to the PES foil.
