Product Description:

The tank is designed with both internal and external coatings, made from 2B and SATINE materials respectively, ensuring durability and a polished appearance. The bottom of the tank is slightly inclined to facilitate efficient emptying. It is insulated with a thick layer of environmentally friendly polyurethane, ensuring proper temperature control. The tank is equipped with a butterfly type safety valve (DN50) for efficient emptying and a curved bottom for thorough emptying.

The tank includes a measuring stick for accurate volume measurement and a regulator for alignment. It is equipped with a cooling unit using R404 coolant, ensuring optimal temperature conditions. The tank is designed to be compact and ergonomically placed for ease of use.

Manufactured in accordance with the ISO 5708 BII standard, the tank meets industry requirements for quality and safety. It also includes an electrical automation panel, waterproof IP55, and an electric control system for the stirring program and milk temperature. The milk temperature is displayed digitally for easy monitoring. The tank comes with a cable and plug for convenient connection to a power socket.
