PULSAIR's pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is ideal for homogenizing large tank volumes, incorporating additives into lubrication oil production, and suspending solids in liquid phases. The patented worldwide process involves injecting an adjustable pressure pulse beneath an accumulator plate at the bottom of the mixing tank. This injection creates a large air bubble that rises within the tank, displacing the surrounding liquid. Simultaneously, negative pressure is generated beneath the bubble, causing it to draw in the surrounding material. The result is a vertical flow directed upwards in the tank, which can be adjusted by varying the pulse length and duration. Unlike mechanical agitators, the use of PULSAIR technology requires minimal tank height and ensures that there are no moving parts or shaft bearings within the tank.
