KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik specializes in the (re)shaping of transparent plastics with high optical quality. Our expertise lies in the industry of manipulating transparent plastics to achieve desired shapes and sizes. With the help of our four different forming-furnaces, we have the capability to process panels and components up to 3000 x 2000 mm in size.

To ensure optimal quality, our furnaces are equipped with special filtration technology that minimizes dust inclusions during the forming process. Our team's experience and dedication to cleanliness contribute to the production of transparent panels that are free from any unwanted particles.

In addition, our furnaces are equipped with modern controls that allow us to target specific heating and cooling curves for each plastic used. This precise temperature control not only guarantees accurate shaping, but also ensures the cooling process is managed accordingly, resulting in nearly distortionless plastics.

Furthermore, our expertise extends to processing both two-dimensional and three-dimensional plastics, offering flexibility for various applications.
