It is commonly used in the inspection of nuts, seed kernels, peanuts, beans, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, tea, Chinese herbal medicine, and other similar items. The primary function of this equipment is to identify and remove various contaminants such as metal, glass, stone, and soil.

In particular, when it comes to nuts, this X-ray machine goes the extra mile by being able to eliminate defects like wormhole grains, empty seeds, and shriveled grains. The process begins by placing the material onto the device and ensuring it is evenly spread across the conveyor belt via the vibration feeder.

Once the material is in position, the X-ray generator emits rays that penetrate through the items. Based on the resulting image, the equipment can distinguish foreign bodies and extract them accordingly. These contaminants are then discharged into a waste tube through an injection valve, ensuring they are properly disposed of. Meanwhile, the finished products are safely and efficiently delivered through another port.
