Designed with flame holders strategically positioned around the flare tip, these flares ensure stable operation by creating a zone of recirculated flue gases that prevent flame lift-off. In addition, wind deflectors are incorporated to prevent flame impingement, eliminating low pressure zones downwind of the tip. For further flame stabilization, a pilot burner arrangement is included.
