Description:
Our locked flange adapter is specifically designed for mounting and servicing hydraulic systems in the industry. It is specifically used for PE pipes and hoses. The adapter is made of high-quality ductile cast iron (EN-GJS 400) and features a blue epoxy anti-corrosion coating for added durability. With a pressure rating of 10 or 16 bar, it ensures reliable performance even under high-pressure conditions. The adapter is compatible with PE pipes and is designed to accommodate ISO PN10 and PN16 drilled flanges up to DN150. For DN200 and above, the drilling specification can be customized to either ISO PN10 or PN16. Furthermore, the adapter complies with EN 545 standards, ensuring its quality and reliability. It is also certified by the A.C.S., further validating its suitability for use in hydraulic systems.
