These resistances are specifically designed for the electrical industry. They are produced using screen printing, which involves depositing silver-based tracks to enable the efficient transport of electric current. Additionally, a layer of conductive and heating ink is applied. The continuous innovation in the formulation of heating inks has enabled Alper to enhance the production capacity and develop new products tailored to meet customer specifications. This unique technology not only reduces tooling costs but also allows for flexible adjustments in the required powers (+/- 20%) by simply modifying the composition of the heating inks.
