The notebook contains 208 pages in total, with 192 lined pages that do not have pre-dated sections, allowing for complete flexibility in using the notebook for any period. In addition, there are 16 pages with additional information that can be useful for your note-taking needs.

The Wire-O binding ensures durability and enables the notebook to lay flat when open, making it convenient to write on both sides of the pages.
