PULSAIR's pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is designed for homogenizing large tank volumes, incorporating additives into lubrication oil production, and suspending solids in a liquid phase. This patented process involves injecting an adjustable pressure pulse beneath an accumulator plate, which is installed on the bottom of the mixing tank. The injected pressurized air creates a large air bubble that rises within the tank, displacing the surrounding liquid. Simultaneously, negative pressure is generated beneath the bubble, causing the surrounding material to be drawn towards it. This results in a vertical flow directed upwards in the tank, which can be adjusted according to specific requirements by varying the pulse length and duration. Unlike mechanical agitators, PULSAIR's technology requires minimal tank height and eliminates the need for moving parts or shaft bearings within the tank.
