Product Description:

The product, also known as Ilmenite sand or Ilmenite, is a dry grey-black metalescent free running sand. It has a grain shape that is both angle and spherical in nature. The product is a blend of iron oxide (Fe2O3) and titanium dioxide (TiO2), with a chemical formula of Fe2O3*TiO2.

This particular Ilmenite sand meets the Technical Condition of Ukraine TU-U 14-10-009-97 and falls under the Harmonize Commodity Code 2614001000.

Ilmenite concentrate, derived from this sand, is widely used in various industries. It is a crucial ingredient in the production of synthetic rutile, which is utilized in the manufacturing of pigment titanium dioxide, welding electrodes, titanium sponge, metal titanium, and steelmaking furnaces.

The product originates from Ukraine and can be conveniently shipped either in bulk using railway cars or in 20-foot sea containers.
