Product Description:
This product originates from the Acacia Senegal tree, specifically from Nigeria. It is highly soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol. The moisture content of this product is guaranteed to be less than 15%. Additionally, the total ash present in the product is guaranteed to be less than 4%. The specific rotation of this product is levorotary. The tannin test has been conducted and this product passes the test. It has a protein content ranging from 1.5% to 3.5% (Nx6.6). The pH level of this product falls between 4.1 and 4.8. Furthermore, it has also passed the tests for starch, dextrin, salmonella sp, and E.coli, with both salmonella sp and E.coli being absent.
