We offer fully automated winding centres designed specifically for the fine and self-bonding wire industry. Our expertise and advanced technology make us the ideal partner for any winding task you may have.

With our winding centres, we can effortlessly wind coils onto various coil forms, using a wide range of press-in ferrite and metallic cores. Additionally, we can accommodate multiple tap coils. During the winding process, pins are automatically applied to the coil connections, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.

Our machines are capable of handling both single-chamber and multi-chamber coils, accommodating wire thicknesses ranging from 0.045 to 0.71 millimeters.

Furthermore, we take environmental considerations into account, as our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings, adhering to the RoHS regulations.
