Our method revolves around the rapid cooling of slat cake and black dross, as mass plays a crucial role in dross processing. Not only is it the most cost-effective solution, but it also boasts exceptional reliability and requires minimal maintenance. In the past, salt cake and dross pans were designed with a thickness of 38-40mm, capable of holding large quantities of materials that would take 18-24 hours to cool before disposal.
