The raw materials used in the incoming mold set are carefully selected based on the specific product and production requirements. This ensures that our works maintain optimal levels of quality and efficiency, especially when high precision is required.In addition to injection molds, our company also produces hot runner molds, blow molds, rubber press molds, and insert molds within the AYBERKSAN Plastic Mold Industry ZPL. This diversification allows us to cater to a wider range of customer needs and requirements.The molds designed during the Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) phase are then carefully programmed for processing on our CNC machines. Simultaneously, all processes that require dimensional precision are thoroughly reviewed to ensure the highest level of accuracy.Once the programming is complete, the mold is processed on our CNC machines, resulting in a perfectly crafted and precise final product.
