Specifically, the nitrocellulose membrane of the test card features a test region (T) and a control region (C). The test region is immobilized with mouse anti SARSCoV2 antibody 1 (Ab1), ensuring the specific detection of SARSCoV2 antigen. The control region, on the other hand, is immobilized with Goat anti chicken IgY antibody (GAC), serving as a quality control indicator.

Furthermore, the binding pad of the test card is equipped with mouse anti SARSCoV2 antibody 2 (Ab2) and chicken IgY (CIgY), both of which are labeled by colloidal gold. This combination enhances the sensitivity and accuracy of the test.
