Spider valves are high-performance micro valves, designed for efficient and precise control of neutral and mildly aggressive liquids, gases, and vapors. Available in three different sizes (Ø 7 mm, Ø 15 mm, Ø 21 mm), these direct-actuated valves offer both 2-way and 3-way valve configurations.

The unique design of Spider valves includes a flat armature, shaped like a disk, that is pulled against the magnetic yoke component group when energized. When the coil is deactivated, a leaf spring connected to the armature presses the seal positioned on the spring-armature assembly unit against the valve seat, ensuring a tight seal.

Thanks to their small mass armature, Spider valves can achieve incredibly fast switching times in the millisecond range. Additionally, the frictionless armature movement in these valves results in high durability, with a capability of up to 4 billion actuations, depending on the operational mode.

Moreover, Spider valves can also be conveniently triggered through a pulse width modulation mechanism, enhancing their versatility and compatibility with a variety of applications.
