The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1004 series are specially designed for use as actuating and control cylinders in various industries. These cylinders are synchronized, ensuring smooth and efficient operation with low friction and no stick-slip effect.

To ensure easy installation and compatibility, the cylinders feature a head flange attachment and a threaded attachment on the piston rod. They are versatile and can be used with pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 standards, and also include venting connections on both sides. Additionally, the lift and piston rod protrusion can be adjusted as needed for the specific application.

These cylinders are equipped for use with position sensors and position monitoring, allowing for precise control and feedback. The entire cylinder, except for the piston rod and centering surfaces, is protected against corrosion with a black primer coating. Custom surface treatments are available upon request.

The piston rod surface is meticulously engineered, featuring hard chrome plating, grinding, and polishing for enhanced durability and smooth operation. These cylinders are compatible with hydraulic fluids of the H, HL, and HLP types as per DIN 51525-1 standards.
