Our fully automated winding centres cater to the needs of the fine and self-bonding wire industry, making us an ideal partner for a wide range of tasks. The coils we produce are coated with lead-free coatings, ensuring compliance with RoHS standards. We offer the flexibility to wind onto various coil forms, utilizing press-in ferrite and metallic cores according to your specifications. Additionally, our winding process allows for the creation of multiple tap coils, providing added versatility. To streamline production, the coil connections are automatically fitted with pins during the winding process, with precise wire drawing controlled electronically. Our state-of-the-art winding machines are capable of handling both single-chamber and multi-chamber coils, accommodating wire thicknesses ranging from 0.045 to 0.71 millimetres.
