The Aerolift pipe lifting solutions are versatile and can be used in various industries and settings. These innovative solutions are particularly designed for handling both bare and coated pipes on board ships. One notable application is found on The Amazon, a converted ultra-deepwater J-Lay vessel.

To facilitate the loading and unloading process, our vacuum lifting devices are installed on four cargo hold cranes. These cranes are operated in tandem mode, enabling them to efficiently handle 24-meter-long pipes within the cargo area. Our lifting devices are specifically engineered to minimize deflection of double joint pipes, ensuring safe and secure transport. Additionally, they are capable of securely gripping and lifting the entire pipe using vacuum technology alone.
