The CS210 thermal imaging system is designed for monitoring kiln shell temperatures in various industries. Equipped with an infrared line-scanning system, it effectively detects hot spots caused by refractory loss, damage, or wear along the entire length of the kiln. In addition to monitoring the burning zone and tire slips, this system allows data from up to 4 scanners or individual point sensors to be seamlessly integrated into a single thermal image. This enables users to detect abnormal operating conditions such as faulty flame position and shape, ensuring optimal kiln maintenance and extending the operational life of both the kiln and refractory.With its automated kiln and refractory monitoring capabilities, the CS210 system provides real-time visualization of the kiln's thermal conditions on a PC. It also features Ethernet TCP/IP interface for easy data transfer and PC-independent alarm output for immediate notifications. To withstand the harsh environments typically encountered in kilns, the CS210 system utilizes the MP150 linescanner. This linescanner is housed in a rugged cast aluminum housing and mounted in a robust stainless-steel enclosure for reliable operation and long-term durability.
