This product description highlights the industry of vacuum packaging and modified protective atmosphere (MAP) packaging, specifically designed for preserving the freshness and quality of meat. The film is specially crafted to prevent cross contaminations and the infiltration of foreign odors into the meat. The most commonly used packaging structures include PETu002FPE and BOPAu002FPE. For maximum barrier capacity, EVOH films are utilized, effectively blocking gases from penetrating the product. Additionally, anti-fog additives are available to prevent condensation on the interior of the film.
