Portobello is a Ceramic Pile Manufacturing and produces more than 2 million m² of flooring per month.

They needed to implement an automated reviewing process over the P&L dashboards of all the group's business units (with visibility for the CEO and board of directors).

The solution included a survey of needs, reverse engineering of the system already in production, PoC development, functional tests, validation, implementation in production, final adjustments, and documentation.
