Marini's Mansion is one of the most significant monuments of the history of urban planning in Odessa.

The building is made in the classicism style of shell-stone and plastered. It is consonant with the facade of neighboring buildings, two-story, on a high basement (ceiling height in the basement is up to 4.5 meters).

The boulevard facade of the building on the first floor is rusticated, and on the second - it is decorated with pilasters with relief ornamentation. The main porch is decorated with a patterned canopy, above which there is a balcony on brackets with a forged metal railing. The building makes a majestic impression.

"Marini's Mansion" is oriented with the main entrance to the northwest and faces Primorsky Boulevard. The second entrance to the building is through Vorontsovskiy lane.
