Informations de base

The KLT crate and form cleaning machine is specifically designed for the automotive industry, providing a quick, easy, and highly effective cleaning solution. This device features a main washing zone, a rinsing zone, and a blowing-off unit for thorough cleaning.

To ensure optimal performance, the machine incorporates two oil skimmers, one for each tank, which continuously filter the water from the washing and rinsing tanks. This filtering process helps to remove any contaminants and maintain the cleanliness of the water.

The main tank also benefits from a water-refreshing system, utilizing hot rinse water to reduce water and energy consumption. Additionally, the washing tank is conveniently equipped with an automatic dosing pump for precise detergent filling.

Both the main and rinsing tanks are equipped with filters capable of capturing metal particles up to 100 μm in size, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning process.

For effective vapor removal, the machine is equipped with two powerful 2.2 kW fans, which extract vapors generated during the cleaning process. These vapors are then passed through two condensers, where they are liquefied and returned to the main tank.

To remove residual rinsing water from the crates, the machine is equipped with four fans, each with a power capacity of 3 kW. These fans help to expedite the drying process and ensure that the crates are thoroughly dry before reuse.

To adjust the speed of crate transportation, the machine features a frequency controller, allowing for precise control and customization.

Overall, this KLT crate and form cleaning machine is a reliable and efficient solution specifically designed for the automotive industry, providing thorough cleaning and ensuring high-quality results.
