To operate these devices, a 400V rated current is required, after which they are immediately ready for use. The magnet can be activated either through short electrical impulses automatically or manually with the push of a button. It is worth noting that no electricity flows during the load transport, ensuring safe and secure clamping of the workpiece, similar to a permanent load lifting magnet.

Additionally, these magnets come with a tip function, also known as inching, that allows for the separation of stacked sheets starting from a thickness of 5mm. This feature enhances the versatility and efficiency of the magnet when working with multiple layers of material.

Furthermore, the multi-channel control allows for the deactivation of magnet modules that are not needed. This means that a large magnet traverse system can still be securely used for the transportation of smaller sheets.
