Knight Optical offers a variety of Plane Mirrors for use in 3D Mapping Applications. These mirrors, also known as front surface mirrors or first surface mirrors, are available in general purpose, λu002F1, and λu002F4 grades. We provide a range of materials including Soda-lime float glass, white float glass, and BK7 glass.
Our stock includes mirrors with up to 6 types of coatings, such as Enhanced Aluminium, Aliu002FSiO2, and Aliu002FMgf2. The general purpose grade mirrors are made from high-quality float glass and are typically available in standard thicknesses of 1mm, 3mm, and 6mm.
In 3D Mapping applications, our mirrors are used as both senders and receivers of laser beams. These beams capture readings of specific surfaces and allow for the creation of accurate 3D maps. For more detailed information, please refer to the attached PDF.
