ROS roller edges are the perfect solution for safely moving boxes and cartons in flow racks. Made from high-quality thermoplastics (Polypropylene), these rollers are incredibly durable, impact resistant, and break-proof. Additionally, the material is acid and base resistant and does not absorb moisture, ensuring longevity and reliability. The rollers can be easily exchanged, providing flexibility for various logistic applications.

Designed with a steel axle, these roller edges offer smooth and low-noise material flow. The solid construction and variable design make them a cost-effective solution for different ranges of logistics needs.

In terms of materials, the roller edges are crafted from polished, galvanized profiled steel sheet with round edges, ensuring warp resistance. They are also made of cold profiled, sendzimir galvanized steel, with a thickness of 1.5 mm.

Customers have the option to choose between standard rollers or wheel flange rollers, depending on their specific requirements. Furthermore, the length of the rollers can be customized upon request, with a maximum length of 6500 mm.
