We produce a single-mode optical fiber with a low water peak (G657A1 G652D) hybrid that is specially designed for the telecommunications industry. Our fiber has advanced characteristics and is less sensitive to bends.

Using the vapor axial deposition method (VAD) in our facility in Austria, we produce this fiber with a quartz core that is alloyed with Germanium. This ensures that our fiber meets and exceeds the requirements set by ITU-T G.652d and ITU-T G.657A1 for macrobend loss and attenuation. Additionally, the fiber is double acrylic coated, providing it with high strength and a long service life.

This optical fiber operates effectively in a wide spectral range, making it suitable for various access networks, including FTTH, as well as long-distance communications. Its resistance to bending and improved attenuation parameters make it particularly advantageous for residential networks.
