The Uni Condens 8000 F stainless steel condensing boiler is specifically designed for heating applications within the range of 800 and 1,200 kW. This boiler is suitable for both gas and low-sulphur heating oil as fuel options. Its compact size and lightweight construction make installation a breeze, requiring minimal space.

One of the standout features of the Uni Condens is its intelligent water flow system, which utilizes separate return connections to create ideal conditions for efficient condensation. This results in high standard utilization ratios. When using heating oil, the boiler can achieve a standard utilization ratio of up to 104%. Even higher ratios of up to 110% are possible when operating on gas.

With an effective condensate heat recovery surface that incorporates specially profiled tubes, the Uni Condens maximizes the utilization of condensation potential. In addition, the burnout combustion chamber ensures clean combustion and low emissions, promoting a more eco-friendly operation.

To optimize efficiency, the Uni Condens includes two return flow sockets, allowing for the separation of high-temperature and low-temperature heating circuits. This ensures optimal heat distribution throughout the system.
