The induction generator module is specifically designed for the industrial heating industry. It is capable of supplying power to up to 6 induction coils (inductors), with each coil having a power capacity of up to 3 kW. This device operates efficiently on three-phase mains, utilizing a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and then directed to the DC link, which allows individual supply to each inductor.

Control over the output power is facilitated through the Kendrion controller, which is part of the modular industrial heating system. This controller offers a wide range of settings, allowing for precise customization of power output. Each channel can be adjusted independently within the range of 0% to 100%.

To ensure optimal performance, the induction generator module utilizes state-of-the-art semiconductor switches in its output stages. This technology enables high efficiency, especially at working frequencies of up to 25 kHz. This makes the module suitable for various industrial heating applications, providing reliable power for processes that require controlled and efficient induction heating.
