The EarlyTect Colon Cancer Test is a highly reliable diagnostic tool that has been approved by the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. It has undergone rigorous clinical trials at renowned medical centers, namely Yonsei Medical Center, Severance Hospital, and Severance Check-up Center. These trials involved 585 men and women between the ages of 30 and 80, who were eligible subjects for the study.

The test utilizes fecal DNA analysis to detect colorectal cancer (CRC) with an impressive sensitivity and specificity rate of 90%. By measuring the levels of methylated Syndecan-2, a biomarker associated with precancerous lesions of CRC, this qualitative real-time PCR test can accurately diagnose colorectal cancer. However, it is important to note that this product is not intended to provide a definitive confirmation of colorectal cancer. If a subject tests positive, it indicates the potential presence of CRC or precancerous lesions of CRC.
