Basic information

TELSONIC Quality Control Center (TQCC) is an advanced quality control system specifically designed for the manufacturing industry. It seamlessly integrates with multiple TELSONIC splicing machines on the production floor, effectively eliminating the need for a QC supervisor.With TQCC, operators can easily ensure the quality of their welds before releasing the machine for production. They simply take a predetermined number of splices from a specific welder to the TQCC station. This fully self-contained station is equipped with essential quality control tools such as a pull-peel force tester, a precision weld nugget measuring device, and a weld view camera for visual inspections.Operating the TQCC is a breeze, thanks to its user-friendly software that runs on an industrial panel PC with a resistive touch screen. Using a barcode system, operators can easily recall the splice from the designated splicing machine at the TQCC. The pull-peel force, weld width, and weld final height are automatically measured and recorded for each splice.Moreover, TQCC ensures stringent quality control by blocking the operator from using the machine until the measured values fall within the predetermined tolerances and are successfully verified by the TQCC. This failsafe system greatly enhances the overall quality control process and guarantees the production of superior products.
