This product is manufactured with high-quality materials, both internally and externally. The interior is made with 2B stainless steel, while the bottom features a smooth SATINEnBottom with a slight inclination for efficient emptying. The insulation is comprised of a thick layer of environmentally friendly polyurethane, ensuring optimal temperature control.

For safety purposes, a butterfly type safety valve (DN50) is installed for emptying. The bottom is curved to allow for complete emptying, leaving no residue behind. Additionally, a measuring stick with a pointer is included for accurate measurement.

To maintain proper alignment, a regulator is provided. The cooling unit utilizes type R404 coolant, ensuring efficient cooling performance. Despite its small size, this product is ergonomically designed for easy placement and handling.

In terms of industry standards, this product is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 5708 BII standard, guaranteeing its quality and reliability. The electrical automation panel is waterproof with an IP55 rating for added protection.

The electric control system allows for easy management of the stirring program and milk temperature, which is displayed digitally for convenient monitoring. The product comes with a cable and plug that can be connected to a socket, making it simple to use as soon as it is delivered.
