Frame House group SIA is a Latvian company that specializes in manufacturing prefabricated wooden frame houses. Since 2003, we have been using German technology and equipment, which enables us to produce wooden frame constructions with industrial accuracy and of the highest quality. Our products serve as an excellent foundation for low-energy houses, including those built up to passive standard, which are in high demand in the European building industry.

One of our key strengths is the ability to manufacture wooden frame house constructions based on individual client projects. For customers who do not have their own project, we offer a wide range of options, including projects created by local architects or projects that have already been built by customers in their respective countries. Additionally, our experienced team of highly educated technicians, engineers, and designers can adapt projects originally designed for traditional building materials (such as brick or concrete) to the wooden frame technology.

We ensure that all necessary loads and stress calculations for our constructions are conducted in strict accordance with European requirements (DIN1052.2004). We place great emphasis on the pre-manufacturing process, as we believe it is crucial to discuss all the details with our customers to ensure we deliver exactly what they want.
