This product is a prefab container designed for various uses within the industry. With dimensions of 3.00m width, 8.00m length, and 2.61m height, it offers a total of 24.00m² square meters of space. The container includes 1x room, 1x toilet with sink, 1x kitchen, 6x windows, and 2x entrance doors. It is equipped with 80 mm roof and 50 mm wall insulation to provide insulation and maintain a comfortable environment.

In terms of electrical features, the container comes with preinstallation, including a fuse box, 3 sockets (230V), 2x LED ceiling lights, switches, cable ducts, and cables. To unload the container, suitable equipment such as a forklift, wheel loader with pallet fork, or crane is required.

We offer customization options, allowing you to choose different sizes and colors according to your specific requirements. Additionally, we provide accessories that can be ordered separately. These include a water heater shower (including installation and sealing) for 400 €, a water boiler sink (including installation and sealing) for 300 €, a socket (including installation, cable, and cable duct with socket) for 45 €, a power socket (including installation, cable, and cable duct with socket) for 170 €, and forklift introductions (including installation) for €650.
