Our factory in Nantes, France produces high-quality filters designed for various industries. The filters are constructed using the same principle as Standard Pleated Cardboard Filters, but with the addition of a polyester media at the back to enhance filtration efficiency for dry dusts.

There are several advantages to using this filter. Firstly, its lifetime is up to 3-4 times longer than other filtering medias available on the market. Additionally, it offers better filtration efficiency compared to Standard Pleated Cardboard Filters. The installation and manipulation of this filter are also made easy.

This filter is suitable for use in spray booths with both horizontal and vertical airflow systems.

In terms of construction, the filter consists of two layers of recycled kraft paper that are perforated, pleated, and glued together with a polyester media at the back. The use of high-quality kraft paper (250g/m²) ensures the filter's rigidity in all positions.

The standard widths available for this filter are 1m, 0.90m, and 0.75m. However, we also offer custom dimensions and cuts upon request.
