IBCu002FA-Container Base Heaters are specially designed for the heating of bag-in-box containers in various industries. This product consists of a silicone heater mat that is placed below the bag before it is filled. To enhance the heating process, an additional unheated insulating sheath can be used to cover the four sides of the container, along with the HILC unheated insulated lid.

To further optimize the performance of the base heater, we recommend using the IBCu002FBpro-Container heating jacket and the HILC unheated insulated lid together. By combining these products, the heating process is accelerated, and the overall heat losses are minimized. This integrated solution provides efficient and reliable heating for bag-in-box containers, ensuring that your products are maintained at the desired temperature.
