The SARSCoV2 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Kit is a valuable tool for the healthcare industry to detect antibodies (specifically IgG/IgM) to SARSCoV2 in human Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma. This qualitative membrane strip based immunoassay includes key components such as a burgundy colored conjugate pad. This pad contains SARSCoV2 recombinant envelope antigens that are conjugated with Colloid gold, specifically SARSCoV2 conjugates. The nitrocellulose membrane strip is an integral part of the test kit, featuring two test lines (IgG/IgM lines) and a control line (C line). The IgM line is precoated with the Mouse antiHuman IgM antibody, while the IgG line is coated with Mouse antiHuman IgG antibody.
