This product is designed to provide high stability and handle high capacity. It is capable of accommodating multiple sizes, types, and shapes of bottles and caps. The metal used in its construction is S.S 316/304. It holds certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 50001:2011, and ISO 45001:2018.

The product features a flow meter system from Krohne, a double conveyor system, and an 8 diving nozzle filling system. It also includes a caps transferring vertical conveyor, a vibrator caps feeder, and a Herma double head labeling system. The HMI and SCADA system with touch screen enables user-friendly operation, thanks to its integrated software.

Additionally, this product can be certified upon request with UL, CE, GMP, FDA, and ASME. Relevant documents, such as Installation Qualification (I.Q), Operational Qualification (O.Q), and Performance Qualification (P.Q), are also available upon request.

Overall, this is a linear system that combines filling, capping, and labeling functions in one efficient machine.
