Arubis offers rubber balls that can be customized with or without a metal core. By incorporating a small metal insert within the rubber compound, these balls become metal detectable, making them suitable for industries that require this feature. Additionally, rubber balls with a steel core provide the advantage of random bounces, which is particularly useful in the sifting industry where normal balls may not be able to reach certain parts.

Arubis also provides the option of custom diameters to meet specific requirements. For sifting applications, our metal detectable balls with a metal insert, known as detectable sifter cleaning balls, are highly recommended. These magnetic balls with a metal core effectively prevent sifter screens from clogging.

In addition, Arubis offers deblinding balls that can be produced on demand and in various shapes. Our standard production includes parallelepipedum balls and special egg-shaped balls. These balls have an uneven shape, resulting in random bouncing behavior.
