Product Description:
Our Ball Bearing Steel 100Cr6 with Rubber Seal is equipped with a rubber NBR seal and is sealed on both sides with a spherical outer ring. This design ensures maximum protection against dust, dirt, and other contaminants, prolonging the lifespan of the bearing.

Furthermore, our insert bearings feature the same internal construction as standard Series 6200 and 6300 radial ball bearings. However, they are uniquely designed with wider inner rings, making it easier to fasten them securely onto shafts. The inner rings have been manufactured with a plus tolerance, resulting in transition or press fits when used with shafts possessing htolerances. To further enhance stability, the shaft is secured by two grub screws, positioned 120° apart on the inner ring.

Notably, our insert bearings come pre-lubricated with a suitable ball bearing grease, making them ready to install. In normal applications, there is no need for relubrication.
