The BEV-G is a specialized valve that focuses on the first ventilation stage (coarse ventilation) within the industry. Unlike the two-stage valve (BEV-GF), the BEV-G does not require coordination with the working pressure in the first ventilation stage. This is because coarse ventilation is always closed under pressure.The Type G of the BEV-G valve is designed for coarse ventilation purposes. Air escapes through this valve until the medium closes it as it continues to flow. The valve remains closed when under operating pressure.This valve is ideal for ventilating individual sections in sloped pressure lines, making it especially valuable as a low-pressure safety feature. Additionally, it allows for quick ventilation of high points when fine ventilation is not necessary, reducing pump run times.
