The high elasticity and volume of our product ensure excellent insulation, making it ideal for various applications. It is resistant to acid and caustic substances, except for phosphoric or hydrofluoric acid or highly concentrated caustics. Additionally, our product does not contain any toxic substances or heavy metals, making it safe for use.In terms of safety, our product is non-flammable, adhering to the DIN 4102 standard. It is available in different shapes including square, rectangular, round braid, or round twisted reinforced with chrome steel wire. If desired, the product can be surface graphite impregnated to increase its compactness and nonstick effect.It is important to note that our product contains approximately 20% organic carrier fiber which decomposes at a temperature of 200°C.In terms of technical parameters, our product is suitable for a wide pH range of 1 to 13 and can withstand temperatures ranging from -100°C to +1100°C.The main applications for our product include furnace, boiler, vessel, and chimney doors, as well as fireplaces, pressureless service closures, tunnel furnaces, boiler and vessel doors, lid seals, and more.Our product is particularly suitable for use in power plants and furnace construction. It is available in various variants including square, rectangular, round braid, or round twisted reinforced with chrome steel wire. Additionally, upon request, we can provide the product with surface graphite impregnation.
