These resistances are specifically designed for the electric industry. They are made using screen printing, which involves depositing silver-based tracks to facilitate the transport of electric current. Additionally, a layer of conductive and heating ink is applied. The continuous effort to develop new heating ink formulations has greatly benefited Alper. This has enabled them to enhance their production capacity and offer highly customizable products based on customer specifications. Notably, their unique technology permits the reduction of tooling costs and allows for small adjustments in the required power (+/- 20%) simply by modifying the composition of the heating inks.
