The Uni Condens 8000 F stainless steel condensing boiler is specifically designed for heating applications in the range of 50 to 115 kW. This boiler is versatile, as it can be fueled by either gas or low-sulphur heating oil. Its compact size and lightweight nature make installation hassle-free, without taking up much space.

To ensure optimal condensation and high utilization ratios, the Uni Condens employs intelligent water flow with separate return connections. When operating on oil, it achieves a standard utilization ratio of up to 104%, and up to 110% when running on gas.

This boiler incorporates an efficient condensate heat recovery surface with uniquely profiled tubes, maximizing the utilization of the condensation potential. Moreover, its construction with a burnout combustion chamber enables clean combustion and low emissions. The presence of two return flow sockets ensures optimal separation between high-temperature and low-temperature heating circuits.
