Advantages of our mechanical fastening system, ERO Joint®, include quick and easy installation and assembly. It is a time-saving solution that can optimize your production downtime by reducing repair time. The ERO Joint® ensures minimal belt diameter and is compatible with conveyor belt scrapers. These mechanical splicing systems are long-lasting and can be customized to increase mechanical resistance. They can also be used on conveyor belts with sealed tension members such as Gates PosiClean® and FlatClean FC12™. Additionally, our ERO Joint® conveyor belts are spliced in our production facility using a patented process and can be fitted with the requested length for your convenience.
